Effects marked "FREE" may be used freely in your personal and commercial projects under a non-exclusive license. Effects marked "PREMIUM" require an active subscription.
Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, modification or distribution of all or part of the website is prohibited (Art. L335-2 of the French Intellectual Property Code).
Database. The Effect.Labs catalogue (descriptions, classification, effect code) is a database within the meaning of Articles L112-3 and L341-1 of the French Intellectual Property Code, produced by OptiMetier. The extraction or reuse of a qualitatively or quantitatively substantial part of its content is prohibited, as is the repeated and systematic extraction of insubstantial parts where it exceeds normal use (Articles L342-1 and L342-2 of the same code).
Automated access. Search engines and AI assistants may access the public pages of the website, as well as the official interface provided for this purpose (MCP server) within the technical limits it enforces. Any other automated collection (scraping, bots, scripts), in particular circumventing these limits or the access restrictions on premium content, is prohibited.
